This simulation video explains the concept of static electricity (electrostatics). This Static Electricity simulation demonstrates the generation of static charge on rubbing two bodies. You will learn how the charged body gets neutralized when it comes in contact with a third body having no charge or opposite charge. Hence you will understand the concept of electrostatic discharge (static discharge) with the help of this simulation. This is the John Travoltage simulation created by using PhET simulations. The PhET simulation also demonstrates Triboelectric Effect and Triboelectric series (Triboelectricity).
What is Static Charge (Static Electricity)
Static electricity is caused by rubbing two objects and one object supplying electrons to the other. This results an imbalance between positive and negative charges in the object. This causes the body to get charged. This is known as the static charge.

Here you will understand the concept of Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction (EMI) and Lenz's Law with the help of a beautiful simulation. This simulation of electromagnetic induction explains the concept of induced EMF in a coil, when there is a relative motion between the bar magnet and the coil. The formula of Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction has been made clear experimentally with the help of this simulation. At the end of this video, it explains the Lenz Law with simulation. After watching this video you will understand that, negative sign used in the formula of Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction is because of the Lenz's law. This simulation video has been created by using phet simulations (PhET Sims).
Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction
According to the Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction, if a conductor is placed in a varying magnetic field then EMF (electromotive force) is induced in the conductor. If the conductor circuit is closed then current is induced which is called as induced current. This induced EMF is equal to the rate of change of flux linkage with the coil.
Lenz's Law definition
Lenz's law states that the direction of the induced current produced in this phenomenon is such that the magnetic field produced by this induced current opposes the magnetic field that produced it.

Here You will learn the basics of refraction of light. The concept of Total Internal Reflection (TIR) and Critical Angle has also been discussed here. You will know, what we mean by the refractive index (the index of refraction) of a medium. This is a simulation of refraction of light that shows, what happens when we change the refractive index of the medium. The change in velocity of light and intensity of light has also been demonstrated in this animation of refraction of light.
What is Refraction of Light
When a light ray travels from one medium to another medium (having different refractive index) its direction changes. This phenomenon is known as the refraction of light.
This simulation of refraction of light has been created by using PhET simulations.

This video is based on different types of energy and energy transformation. In this simulation video you will understand the law of conservation of energy.
Law of Conservation of Energy
According to the law of conservation of energy, "Energy can neither be created nor can be destroyed but can be changed from one form to another form." This is the law of conservation of energy. This animation video based on energy conversion is created by using an online interactive simulator known as PhET simulator. This Simulation beautifully explains the inter conversion of various energy forms like Mechanical energy, electrical energy, chemical energy, light energy and thermal energy into one another.

In this video you will learn the structure and working of a capacitor. The basic working principle of parallel plate capacitor has been explained in detail in this video with the help of a simulation software (PhET Simulator) After watching this capacitor simulation (capacitor animation) you will learn the concepts of charging and discharging of the capacitor. The formula to find the capacitance of a parallel plate capacitor has been explained experimentally in this simulation of the capacitor. In the animation video you will learn, how the capacitance of a parallel plate capacitor varies by changing its various parameters and how the energy stored in a capacitor changes. This simulation has been created by using phet simulations.

In this video you will learn the basics of Fluid Mechanics and Fluid Dynamics. Continuity Equation in Fluid Mechanics has been explained here with the help of beautiful simulation software known as PhET simulator.
What is Equation of Continuity in Fluid Mechanics
Equation of continuity is based on the principle of conservation of Mass. According to the equation of continuity, the rate at which the mass enters a system is equal to the rate, mass leaves the system in any steady state process. After watching the Fluid Mechanics simulation (fluid dynamics simulation) you will understand how the pressure and velocity gets changed on varying the area of cross section of the pipe. Equipments to measure pressure and velocity have been used at various places and instants to measure it in fluid flow in the pipe. The Bernoulli's equation (bernoulli's theorem) has also been explained in this simulation video. You will learn how according to Bernoulli's theorem, pressure changes with velocity in the fluid flowing in the pipe.
